Orange Basundi recipe - How to make Orange Basundi

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 3 bowls (medium)

  1. In deep pan add the milk and bring to boil and reduce the milk till it gets thick and creamy.
  2. Add the condensed milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the flame, cool and keep it in the refrigerator.
  4. Extract the juice of two oranges in a bowl and strain.
  5. Slice the remaining 2 oranges.
  6. When the milk is cold, add the orange juice, sliced segments and the cardamom powder, mix well.
  7. Serve chilled.
