Prepare the open paneer sandwich and serve as breakfasts or packed lunch option for children. The mildly spiced up crumbled paneer topping over the bread slice improves the taste and health quotient of this sandwich recipe. Enjoy plain or toasted with ketchup.
- Heat the oil in the kadhai, add the onions and saute till they turn pink in colour.
- Add the tomatoes cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the green chillies, salt, pepper, garma masala and paneer, mix well and saute fr 2 minutes.
- Apply on toast and serve immediately.
