Method

  1. Cut the onion in the small pices
  2. &green chilli &ginger
  3. In ata
  4. Mix all the ingrediants
  5. Make a dough
  6. Keep aside for 5 min
  7. Then make small balls
  8. Take the balen & make it flat
  9. Then on the gas and put the tava on the slow flam
  10. Put the parathaon the tava
  11. When it gets little hot
  12. Turn the parhata put some oil and press
  13. Then put again some oil
  14. And press
  15. and when it's redish remove it
  16. Do the same with the rest
  17. Eat with dahi [yougut]
