Every indian household swears by its own traditional onion chutney recipe. A spicy and tangy onion chutney is prepared from raw onions, garlic and coriander leaves. Serve with pakodas or tikkas.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, green chillies and garlic and saute till onions turn golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes and saute till they turn soft.
- Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Use as required.
