Bajri flour batter is used as for making onion bahjiyas. Serve it with hot tea.
- Combine all the ingredients and make a thick smooth batter and keep aside for few minutes.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and drop spoonfuls of batter in hot oil and deep fry the bhajiyas untill brown.
- Drain and serve hot.
