Olive Cheese Balls recipe - How to make Olive Cheese Balls

1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups gold medal flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1 jar small stuffed olives

  1. Work cheese and flour together until crumbly.
  2. Add butter and stir well with fork.
  3. Mold one teaspoon of cheese dough around each olive.
  4. Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour or more.
  6. Heat oven to 400 degrees. bake 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot. makes 3 dozen.
