Serve hot/cold with chapattis/rice.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan, add mustard seeds, when it pops add green chillies and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add okra, curry leaves and turmeric. fry the okra until light brown.
- Add tomatoes, coconut, salt, sugar and fry for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
