Oil-free Chickpea Sprouts Korma recipe - How to make Oil-free Chickpea Sprouts Korma


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

2 cups sprouted kabuli chana (white chick peas)
1 onion , chopped
1 tomato , cut into wedges
2 to 3 green chillies , chopped
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp chopped ginger (adrak)
2 to 3 tsp besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
  1. Cook the sprouted chickpeas till soft.
  2. Add all the veg3tables and mix well.
  3. Add he turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and mix well.
  4. Add a little water, mix well and cook till the onions turn soft.
  5. Mix besan with a little water and pour into chana mixture.
  6. Add the salt, mix well and remove from the flame.
  7. Serve hot.
