This is a very healthy break fast because of oats and ragi!
this will help in controlling the blood sugar and you wont feel hungry for a long time!
- Mix both oats and ragi flour add all the ingridents except oil.
- Make a stiff dough otherwise it gets watery because of the onions.
- Take a kadai or a griddle smear oil all over
- Divide the dough into two portions take one portion and pat it on the kadai till it spreads evenly place the kadai on the stove and after 1 or two miniutes pour oil all around and cook till you get the aroma of fried onions, then gently turn and cook the other side with the help of a spatula serve hot with chutney or curds.
