Quick to make and healthy too. Oats and Peanut Ladoos are a healthy sweet treat for kids. An energy bar that can be packed in the tiffin. These ladoos are so simple to make that kids will also enjoy mixing and rolling them.
- Dry roast oats and (unsalted and peeled) peanuts till lightly golden brown. Once cooled, grind them to a coarse powder.
- Add cardomom powder and condense milk to oats-peanut mixture.
- Apply little oil on hand and take little portion of the mixture, roll and shape them into a ladoo between your palms.
