  1. Heat oil in non stick pan, add jeera, black pepper, green chillies and ginger and roast the same.
  2. Add cleaned and washed moong dal with 4 glasses of water and put to boil.
  3. When the dal is cooked, add oats and salt, mix well.
  4. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
