This is a healthy recipe for all ages kids and adults,
A high protein , full fiber recipe for a good start in the morning!
- Cook the oats in milk until soft,add brown sugar and stir until mixed evenly. Remove from the flame and keep aside.
- Put the oats in a bowl that is boat shaped, add the blueberries or apples, cinnamon powder,chopped walnuts,raisins and mix well and eat.
- Enjoy your breakfast!Hope u like it!
