Here is a delicious and Nutritive bhel recipe which is prepared by tossing together moong sprouts with bread slices, stir fried veggies and lime juice. A healthy, low cal and protein rich bhel recipe for all.
- Boil the mung.drain water & keep it aside.
- Cut all vegetables & bread finely.
- Take oil in a non-stick pan & heat it for sometime.
- Roast the bread pieces.
- Now add mung & vegetables, spices & saute them properly.
- Serve hot.
