Flaxseeds are not commonly consumed and not liked by people!
it provides n - 3 fatty acids which is lacking in vegetarian diets!!
hence tried incorporating it in mukhwas with mint balls so they are liked by others!!

first and foremost - flaxseed(alsi)
2. dhana ni dal
3. mint balls(small red one)
- 1.first roast little flaxseed til it turns light brown.
- 2.then add flaxseeds to dhani ki dal and mint balls.
- 3. then it is ready to serve!
