The nutritious salad is a nutrient filled delicious blend of chopped vegetables tossed with celery, bean sprouts , apple cider vinegar and vegetable oil. Add healthy and vitamin rich veggies to your salad and keep diseases at bay..
- First mix kabuli chana, kashmiri rajma, chitrewali rajma, kale chane and lobia. also add gherkins, black olives & pickled onions.
- Now add green, yellow & red capsicum
- To prepare dressing, put lemon juice in oil, also add white pepper powder. add salt, parseley and beat it and pour it over the salad and mix it.
- Place the salad in a serving bowl. finally garnish with grated raddish and chopped parseley.
