Nutritious Red Soup with carrots, beetroots, gourds and a spoon of cream to add taste and texture. The delicious and nutrient loaded soup is a great soup recipe for all health conscious people and growing children.
- Cut tomatoes,peeled carrots,bottlegourd and peeled beetroot into pieces and pressure cook.
- Take 3 whistles and let it cool.
- Blend and sieve.
- Put sugar, salt and black pepper.
- Boil for 3-4 mins and add cream or butter before serving.
