Spruce up the nutritive value of your diet by including nutriroti in your daily menu. A delicious blend of different grains with a mix of vegetables and paneer as stuffing, nutri roti are excellent meal options for children.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and knead into a soft dough, using enough water.
- Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside for 5 mins.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 5" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each roti, using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot.
