Nutri pulao is a tempting rice or pulao recipe with a combination of nutrient dense and fiber rich vegetables like chopped spinach, beetroot , mushroom and apples added to the flavourful rice. This awesome rice recipe is unique, easy to prepare and simply irrestible in looks, taste and health benefits!
- Boil the rice
- Divide into three parts
- Add boiled beetroot to one part
- Add spinach to the othrr part
- Addcut and shallow fried panner to the part
- Add mushrooms onthe top(boiled musrooms where in the stem is cut and filled with apple- curd mix)
- Sprinkle roasted ground nuts on the top
