Nutri Pasta recipe - How to make Nutri Pasta

- Pressure cook nutrella granules for 1 whistle, drain and keep aside.
- Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Grate the garlic.
- In the meantime boil some water in a large pot, add 4 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of olive / cooking oil.
- Put in the pasta and boil till it is soft. drain in cold running water. keep aside.
- In a kadai, put 3 tbsp of oil and add the onions and garlic.
- Stir for 5 mins. add the tomatoes and stir for another 5 mins.
- Add the salt.
- Add the drained nutrela soya granules and cook for 10 mins.
- Mix it with the pasta very gently.
