Nutri Pasta recipe - How to make Nutri Pasta

200 gms of Nutrela Soya Granules
500 gms of any type of available pasta
4 tomatoes
2 large sized onions
6 garlic (lehsun) cloves
3 tbsp of oil
2 tsp of oil
salt to taste

  1. Pressure cook nutrella granules for 1 whistle, drain and keep aside.
  2. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Grate the garlic.
  4. In the meantime boil some water in a large pot, add 4 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of olive / cooking oil.
  5. Put in the pasta and boil till it is soft. drain in cold running water. keep aside.
  6. In a kadai, put 3 tbsp of oil and add the onions and garlic.
  7. Stir for 5 mins. add the tomatoes and stir for another 5 mins.
  8. Add the salt.
  9. Add the drained nutrela soya granules and cook for 10 mins.
  10. Mix it with the pasta very gently.
