Nutri idli snack is a nutritious version of plain steamed idlis and is prepared by adding chopped veggies like carrots , capsicum and beans in the idli batter. These soft and spongy idlis are laden with the goodness of vegetables and are a perfect snacking option for all.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, whole red dry chillies and curry leaves.
- When the seeds crackle, add the beans, carrots and remaining vegetables along with salt, turmeric powder and mix well and saute till vegetables are cooked.
- Add the idli and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander and serve hot.
