Nutri Drink recipe - How to make Nutri Drink

1. dry dates : 4nos.
2. milk : 1 glass
3. almonds : 3nos (powdered)
4. coconut water (nariyal pani) : 1 glass
5. grated coconut : 1tsp
- 1. soak the deseeded dates for 6 hours in 1/4 glass milk.
- 2. remove the dates and mix with the remaining milk, coconut water and almond powder. chill it and garnish with grated coconut.
