  1. Heat oil in kadai. add the haldi, the ginger, chilli paste.
  2. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Toss the potatoes, salt. saute for 2 mins.cover and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add the coriander leaves.

  1. Heat oil in the kadai and the onion paste and cook till light pink in
  2. Color.
  3. Add the chilli, garlic and ginger paste, the haldi cook for further 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, dhania powder and cook till oil separates and the masala is well cooked.
  5. Add the soaked pulses, saute well and then put in pressure cooker for one
  6. Whistle.
  7. After it is cooked add the salt as per taste.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
