Noodle Pakora recipe - How to make Noodle Pakora

100 gms maggi masala noodles
100 gms chopped paneer (cottage cheese)
3 green chillies , chopped
1 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
salt to taste
oil for frying
  1. Prepare maggie noodles as per instructions on pack. Keep aside.
  2. When cool, add paneer cubes and green chillies and mix well. Keep aside.
  3. Combine the besan, salt and water to form a smooth thick batter. Add the noodle mixture and mix well.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and shape the mixture loosely into small pakoras and deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
