Ingredients

For The Corn Filling
50 gms boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup cooked rice (chawal)
1 tsp butter
1 tsp plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
2 to 3 tbsp milk
a pinch freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
12 slice brown bread
2 tbsp butter
1 cup cooked hakka noodles
Method

For the corn filling

    For the corn filling
  1. Heat the butter in a pan, add the plain flour and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the milk gradually and whisk well so that no lumps remain.
  3. Add the cheese and mix well till smooth and the mixture becomes like a thick sauce.
  4. Add the rice and corn to the sauce and mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper and salt and mix well. Keep aside.

How to proceed

  1. Apply little butter on all the slices of bread.
  2. Place the slices on a clean and dry surface and spread 2 tsp of the white sauce mixture.
  3. Cover this with the second slice of bread and top with the left over noodles.
  4. Place the 3rd slice of bread and toast this in a sandwhich toaster.
  5. Make 3 more sandwiches using remaining bread and filling.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. 8. serve hot with tomato-chilli sauce.
