Nibu ka Achaar recipe - How to make Nibu ka Achaar


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 servings

15 lemons
1 cup jaggery (gur)
4 tbsp chilli powder
salt to taste
1 cup oil
  1. Wash and clean all the lemons and cut it in 8 pieces.
  2. Add the red chilli powder, salt and jaggery and mix well.
  3. Put some oil in a glass jar and pour the lemons and mix well.
  4. Cover and keep under sun for 2 days.
  5. Store and use as required.
