Cauliflower coated with corn starch with flavour of coconut.
- Combine cauliflower florets with half of the coconut and all the ingredients except oil.
- Coat cauliflower florets in this mixture well .
- Fry cauliflower in hot oil till crusty.
- Serve hot topped with remaining desiccated coconut.
