2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 cup powdered sugar
5 cardamoms (elaichi), powdered
a few saffron (kesar) strands soaked
1/2 to3/4 cup ghee to make a soft dough

  1. Sieve maida.mix sugar,elichi
  2. &ghee.make soft dough.give shape like pedas and give dot
  3. Of saffron.and bake it for 30-45mins.if you want you can give shapes with cookies cutter.after baking cool it &store in airtight container.
