Namkeen Rice Balls recipe - How to make Namkeen Rice Balls

  1. Pressure cook urad dal with little water and when it is cooled grind it to a paste.
  2. Add butter, mix well.
  3. Add rice flour, sesame seeds, chilli powder, asafoetida and coconut, mix well and make small balls.
  4. Spread the balls on a plate and let it dry for 2 hours.
  5. Deep fry the balls till they become golden coloured.
  6. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
