Ingredients

ATHIMADURAM – 20 GMS
DRIED GINGER – 20 GMS
RAW DATES (REMOVE SEED) -20 GMS
HOG FENNEL ROOT – 20GMS
Method

  1. Mix the above items and pound it.
  2. From the pounded mixture use only 10 gms and keep the rest of the powder in a box for next time use.
  3. Now take a small cloth put the 10 gms powder and make a bundle.
  4. In a pan heat 1cup milk & 1 cup water, add the bundle also.
  5. Heat till you get a semi-solid liquid state, remove from fire and squeeze the bundle.
  6. To this add sugar candy and mix.
  7. Now store in a bottle & use it
  8. Take 1 tbsp at a time.
