Nachni pakoda recipe - How to make Nachni pakoda
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 to 2 cups whole nachni acc. to your require,
salt,green chillies-ginger acc. to your taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 cup each of finely chopped onion,,cabbage,carrot,corianderleaves 1 tbsp,2 tbsp besan,1tsp hot oil and oil to fry
- Soak nachni in water for 4 to 5 hours, then
- Grind to paste with ginger& green chillies without adding water.now take out in a bowl and add besan,salt,red chilli powder mix it,then add onion,cabbage,carrot and hot oil
- Mix it nicely and make pakoda shape and deep fry it.serve it with your fav. sauce or chutney.
