    Method
  1. Sieve the besan and combine the besan with 1 cup ghee.
  2. Heat the mixture in a kadhai and saute till it starts leaving the kadhai.
  3. Add the sugar and little water to the besan and saute till the sugar is dissolved and ghee leaves the sides.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased thali and spread.
  5. Cool and cut into desired pieces.
  6. Serve.
