Mysore Bhaji is a novel fritter recipe made from maida, chillies and seasoning powders . This batter is then dropped in hot oil. Relish these crispy deep fried bhajjis with coconut chutney as teatime snack item
- Mix all the ingredients together to a pouring consistency.
- Leave for 20min.
- Then heat oil in a wok.
- Put each full spoon of batter in round shapes.
- Fry till golden brown.
- Srve with coconut chutney.
