Nothing like this good pesto sauce for my whole wheat pasta i cook. To make it healthier, i skip the cheese and it still tastes good.

Nothing like the taste of burnt brinjal which is blended and then mixed with low fat curds and spiced with green chilli and flavored with garlic. Healthy and brinjals are a rich source of iron. Serve with cucumber or carrots.

Great healthy dip. Parsley and spring onions go well with curds. The dip has a lovely hint of garlic.

Soft cottage cheese and peas cooked in a onion paste. Amazingly, you cannot tell that there is no oil in the recipe. Low fat paneer also keeps the recipe healthy. Tasty!
