This one is a healthier option but Tarlaji is right that the fried version tastes better. These dhebras are a little dry..

Its ok. The taste takes some getting used to especially if you are fond of eating rice khichu...Its not as yummy as the rice khichu but definitely healthier.

Nice variation to traditional parathas.. I made it like how we make aloo parathas instead of placing stuffing between 2 rounds. One tip is you can even use leftover cabbage subzi for making these parathas..
