Dear Reader, Pranams. I am Padmini Ramachandra from Bangalore. I have lot of interest in cooking. and my hobby is cooking trying new dishes, and i am good at south indian traditional veg items. Reading books, music. My friends relatives say i am a good cook. everybody enjoys when i serve them. What I know is simple healthy food items. Let us see how my readers like when I share. My second son is a great cook. Infact He opened one small eat out in banashankari Yogis" two years back. But now it is closed for some reasons. My entire family that means my sisters children are good cooks.

My Favourite Cuisine

Vatthal Kulambhu with rice, Good Pongal with vada,( chennai type) poori, with MTR saggu, Allo Bonda, plain uppuma, pani puri etc. all types of "chutnies" Orange peel chutney with rice.


My Favourite Dish

South Indian, cuisine. Typical brahminical type traditional one
