1/3 cup black grape juice
1 cup low fat yoghurt
3 to 4 tsp sugar
crushed ice to serve
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding some water if the mixture is too thick. Strain.
  2. Serve chilled with crushed ice.
