1/2 cup black grapes
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
1/2 cup milk
crushed ice to serve
    Main Procedure
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a liquidiser, adding some water if the mixture is too thick.
  2. Serve chilled with crushed ice.

I have a query. which brand mixer and which blades to be used for making smoothies and juices. I have observed many give very coarse and uneven texture due to improper blending. I have given up on making juices and smoothies at home due to this. but your yummy receipies always tempt me. please suggest how exactly to proceed with it. I sometimes try putting only fruits first and churning followed by adding milk. help. thanks

Tarla Dalal    Hi Prachee, for making smoothies and juices we use Bajaj Mixer, Grinder and Juicer... I would also like to suggest Vita mix blenders which you can find on online portals for your smoothies and juicers.
