This hummus is fiber and calcium rich. and can be served as a dip or utilized as a spread for sandwich and wraps.

- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend it well.
- Keep the consistency smooth.
- Adjust it using curd, oil and little water if required.
- Serve it fresh garnished with chilly powder while serving.
