Mutter dhingri presents a delectable combination of garden fresh green peas or mutter and mushrooms ina thick rich gravy. Relish the mutter dhingri with naan or paratha.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and tomato and saute till they turn soft.
- Add the garam masala, cashewnut paste and salt, sprinkle a little water and cook till the oil leaves the sides.
- Add the peas, mushrooms and curds, mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
