Muthusuram recipe - How to make Muthusuram

2 cup- Rice flour
1 cup- chana dal and moong dal salt to taste
jeera or white sesame seeds
oil to fry
- In an pan put moong dal and fry till slight brown and same with chana dal. grind the chana dal and moong dal to make it a powder consistency. in a bowl add the chana dal powder,moong dal powder, rice flour, butter, salt to taste,jeera or white sesame seeds. make it a dough. keep it for 5-7 minds. make chakli and deep fry it till golden brown. keep
