Mushroom fry is a novel mushroom recipe and accompanied with specific masalas work wonders to our taste buds. Mushroom fry is a tasty and colorful dish which can be served with roti or parantha.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
- Add the mushrooms, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt, mix well and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
