Mushroom salad recipe - How to make Mushroom salad
Cooking Time: Total Time:
White mushrooms (8)
Parsley (for garnishing)
Olive oil (2-3 tsp)
lemon juice (1-11/2 tsp) salt to taste black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Chaat masala (2 pinch) any kind Everest, MDH
Parmesean cheese or feta crumbled cheese (optional)
- Cut mushrooms length wise (4-5 slices of one mushroom) in one bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper (instead of pepper chat masala could also be used).
- Put the dressing on sliced mushrooms and sprinkle chopped parsley. toss everything and shred parmesean cheese or put feta cheese crumbles.
