Mushroom salad recipe - How to make Mushroom salad

White mushrooms (8)
Parsley (for garnishing)
Olive oil (2-3 tsp)
lemon juice (1-11/2 tsp)
salt to taste
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
Chaat masala (2 pinch) any kind Everest, MDH
Parmesean cheese or feta crumbled cheese (optional)

  1. Cut mushrooms length wise (4-5 slices of one mushroom) in one bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper (instead of pepper chat masala could also be used).
  2. Put the dressing on sliced mushrooms and sprinkle chopped parsley. toss everything and shred parmesean cheese or put feta cheese crumbles.
