Mushroom cutlets recipe - How to make Mushroom cutlets

2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes
1 slice bread
1/2 cup sabudana salt to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp coriander powder
a piece of ginger minced
3 green chillis minced
oil for frying
- Marinate mushrooms with salt and lemon juice for 15-20 minutes and boil them for 3 minutes. soak sabudana in water for 30 minutes and spread on a clean cloth. mix bread, mashed potato, salt, minced chillis and ginger, coriander powder. take a small ball of the mixture. put mushroom in the centre. flatten a little. roll over sabudana and fry i
