Ingredients

50 gms EACH OF MUSHROOM,
CARROT,
FRENCH BEANS,
CAULIFLOWER,
GROUNDNUTS,
PEAS,
CUCUMBER,
BEETROOT (ALL DICED INTO SMALL PIECES).
1/2 CUP COCONUT,
1/2 TSP CUMMIN,
4 TO 5 RED CHILLES (DRY)
1/2 KATORI CURD
salt to taste
1/2 TSP OIL
4 TO 5 CURRY LEAVES
1/4 TSP URAD,CHANA AND ZEERA FOR CHOK
Method

  1. Boil all vegetables with the exception of musroom which can be sauted. grind coconut, zeera,red chillies and add to the vegetables and after a boil. add the tadka and serve hot with rice or chappatis
