Mushroom Pulao recipe - How to make Mushroom Pulao

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and garlic and saute till it turns brown.
  2. Add the capsicums and tomatoes, mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a slow flame.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the salt, turmeric, chilli powder, herbs and rice, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot garnished with grated cheese.

My friend loves mushrooms and i was looking for a main course Indian mushroom dish and I'm so glad I found this recipe! Although I did add a host of other veggies in the pulao, the mushroom remained the hero of the dish! Its tasty! thanks.
