  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the poppy seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
  3. Add tomato puree and saute till the oil seperates.
  4. Add all dry masalas, mix well and add the cream and saute it till oil seperates.
  5. Add half of the milk and cook till oil seperates and gravy leaves the sides of the pan.
  6. Add the mushrooms and peas saute for some time.
  7. Add the remaining milk and paneer peices and simmer for 5 to 8 min.
  8. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Yummy like all the rest of her recipes. Unlike with most others, Tarla Dalal recipes can be followed blindly and they are always a hit. God bless her soul for enriching our lives this way🙏🏼
