This is a really flexible recipe. for example, donœt use cheese if you so desire. you can also chop and change or add to the vegetables according to what you have in your fridge. broccoli is a yummy addition, or replacement if you donœt like capsicum. an easy meal if you want something filling.

4 large potatoes, brushed
100g button mushrooms (sliced thinly)
1 red capsicum (diced finely)
1 cup of cheddar cheese
40g margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup soy milk

  1.
