  1. Sieve flour with soda,salt and baking powder.
  2. Add sugar, curd and milk.
  3. Knead to a soft dough with warm water and keep at a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Chop mushrooms.
  5. Cook mushrooms with onion,tomatoes,salt,pepper and oil till dry.
  6. Knead the dough again and divide into 2.
  7. Put 1/2 the dough in a tin,spread the mushroom mixture and put the remaining dough over it.
  8. Leave for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes.
  10. Garnish with butter cubes.
