Murmura Tadka recipe - How to make Murmura Tadka

  1. Cut the almonds and green chillies into halves.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, turmeric powder and sauté for ½ minute.
  4. Add curry leaves and almonds and sauté till the leaves are crisp.
  5. Add the roasted chana, salt and sugar and mix well.
  6. Add kurmura and mix well.
  7. When it is completely cooled store in airtight container.
  8. Pack for snack time in lunch box.
