each 1/2 kg:
and the grains whatever you wish.
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
little curryleaves
small onion-10

  1. Dry all in the sun,powder and keep.
  2. While cooking:
  3. Take powder-1 cup,add salt,water.
  4. Do batter without lumps.
  5. Now add idly batter(1/2cup)to it and mix well.
  6. Grind jeera,onion,curryleaves coarsely and add to batter,mix well to dosa batter consistency.
  7. Do thin dosa or medium dosa as you prefer.
